Michael Gibb

Managing Director & Senior Financial Adviser

Michael has spent the last 15 years in the field of finance and advice, working with clients to uncover what they want in a financial advice business.

Drawing from his in-depth experience across both boutique and commercial advisory businesses, Michael made this business a reality by opening the doors of Harrison York in 2016.

Michael is extremely passionate about working with clients to establish what is most important to them and their families, developing tailored advice solutions to achieve these goals.

Michael respects that every client’s situation is different and unique to them and is always up for the challenge of improving their financial comfort regardless of what stage of life they are in.

Michael and his wife Lauren met 15 years ago at university and have been inseparable since.  Their first son Harrison is overjoyed with his new baby brother Sebastian. They enjoy travelling together and are always on the lookout for new and interesting places to explore as a family.

Lauren Gibb

Chief Financial Officer

Lauren is a fully qualified CPA accountant with over 14 years experience in all aspects of accounting. Starting her career as a tax accountant, Lauren then moved into more specialised roles in corporate management accounting, working for both dynamic start-ups as well as established ASX listed companies.

Lauren works with Harrison York clients by creating and implementing tailored budgeting and cash flow solutions to help clients understand their financial position better and in turn realize their goals.

Lauren also spends a lot of time focusing on the strategic direction of the business to ensure that Harrison York also meets their own goals and aspirations.

Lauren and Michael thoroughly enjoy working together and feel they compliment each other’s areas of expertise.

When Lauren is not working hard on the business she is spending time with her two adorable children Harrison and Sebastian.

Jess Le

Business Manager & Senior Financial Adviser

Jess provides strategic direction for the business as well as leading the client advice experience.

After completing her university degree and becoming a financial adviser, Jess has shared her time across both wealth management and dentistry in a variety of roles from advice, to management, to marketing.

Constantly improving the Harrison York client experience is extremely important to Jess and something that she takes personally. Seeing the impact on how good advice can improve a client’s position is why she loves every aspect of what she does every day.

Jess’ positive, personal and professional approach is very well received by both advisers and clients alike.

Jess enjoys travelling and seeing the different sights of the world. She is fortunate enough to be able to do this throughout the year by managing orthodontic seminars for dentists held around Australia and internationally.

Shane Price

Mortgage Broker

Shane is a Mortgage and Finance Association approved Mortgage Broker with over 28 years in the Banking/Finance industry.

With Diploma’s held in Business (Banking and Finance) and Mortgage Broking Management as well as 15 years spent working for one of Australia’s largest lenders Shane excels in his role providing finance solutions for clients in the areas of Commercial, Residential as well as Equipment Finance.

Shane works closely with the Harrison York team to ensure that any lending is compatible with the client’s overall wealth, investment or taxation strategy. He helps clients to understand their ongoing responsibilities and the impact of any loans or debts on their overall financial goals.

In his role Shane has access to over 20 of Australia’s top lending institutions to deliver the best and most suitable solution to his clients lending needs.

Shane is happily married to his lovely wife Maree and they have three beautiful daughters.
Away from business, he enjoys golfing, sports and spending time with his family and friends.
